May Hill Brewery creates traditionally crafted ales at Holly Bush Farm facing on to the slopes of May Hill, Gloucestershire. We use only the finest ingredients and our own mineral rich spring water to create full flavour real ales that are naturally conditioned in the cask.

Our website is currently being updated, but you can still buy our
beers direct from the brewery in
500ml bottles, 10 litre beer boxes or 9 gal casks.

A landmark amber ale following the footsteps of Admiral May who reputedly used the trees on May Hill to navigate ships up the Severn. Crafted with Maris Otter malt and balanced with Crystal malt to provide richness, this ale has fruity overtones created by Fuggles and Northdown late hops. Admiral May has a distinctive fresh taste that lingers after each sip.

Smooth to the palate, Summit reflects the dark, clear water pools at the top of May Hill – the highest point in Gloucestershire. Our highest strength, dark malty ale combines Warminster Pale and Crystal malt with a trio of Challenger, Northdown and Bobek hops.
